Timeline launches third graduate development programme

Following the success of the 2017 and 2018 programmes, Timeline has announced the launch of its third graduate engineering development programme for positions commencing in September 2019.

Timeline is looking for a group of enthusiastic graduates to train alongside its engineering teams for a variety of roles. The successful candidates will join the Timeline team, based at one of three: Ealing, Greenford or Stratford in London. The roles give selected graduates an opportunity to learn and develop their television broadcasting knowledge at a successful technical broadcasting company.

The vacancies now open to applicants are:

  • graduate media systems engineer
  • graduate IT support engineer
  • graduate broadcast engineer
  • graduate vision engineer
  • graduate sound engineer
  • graduate camera assistant
  • graduate RF broadcast engineer

During the two-year development programme, successful candidates will undertake secondments to other departments, giving them the opportunity to expand their knowledge and develop practical skills for an exciting and rewarding career in broadcast engineering.

Graduates will hit the ground running, working directly alongside Timeline’s skilled engineers, getting hands-on experience on-site at outside broadcasts and on studio productions for Timeline’s major broadcast clients. Timeline also offer graduates a mix of internal and external training, and they will be supported by a dedicated mentor for the duration of the scheme to aid their development and specialist training.
