Vizrt, an AI platform for visual storytelling, has returned as a Gold sponsor of SVG Europe. The company’s software-defined, cloud-ready and AI-integrated solutions enable creators to streamline workflows and enhance content delivery. It offers solutions for every component of live production, from real-time data-driven graphics and studio automation to intelligent media asset management and cloud-based productions.
Recent innovations include the launch of AI Keyer, which enables background switching and augmented reality graphics insertion in every space, whether indoors or outdoors. The secure, proprietary solution is trained extensively on real-world footage across environments and lighting conditions to recognise human shapes as foregrounds, and separates backgrounds seamlessly, so talent can move around while being locked into the virtual scene.
Also new is Viz Arena 6, the latest version of its all-in-one live augmented reality graphics and virtual advertising sports solution. New AI-driven features are designed to make it easier for operators to integrate AR graphics into live broadcasts, lowering the barrier to entry for creating stunning AR sports graphics.
Customers include Viaplay, which utilises Viz Mosart to simultaneously increase content output and improve show quality and consistency, while ensuring scalable workflows for its coverage of the Premier League. In addition, Vizrt was the Official Technical Supplier of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, with host broadcaster ORF using a range of the company’s solutions. This included versatile real-time 3D graphics rendering and compositing with Viz Engine, and virtual environments and augmented reality graphics with Viz Virtual Studio. In addition to the hyper-realistic AR graphics, Viz Engine rendered all on screen graphics and the data-driven graphics that displayed each country’s scores throughout the competition.
