Vizrt renews its Gold sponsorship of SVG Europe

Vizrt, which offers software-based solutions for real-time 3D graphics, video playout, studio automation, sports analysis, media asset management and journalist story tools, has renewed its Gold sponsorship of SVG Europe.

The past 12 months have been a period of investment and growth for the Bergen-headquartered company. Highlights include the acquisition of broadcast graphics provider Flowics, the formation of a new MAM business unit for Viz One customers, and a partnership with Imagine that sees the Viz Vectar Plus cloud live production solution integrated with Imagine’s Aviator Make TV cloud playout solution.

There have also been a series of product enhancements and introductions, most notably Viz Engine 5 with Adaptive Graphics, which Vizrt describes as, “single workflow, multi-platform content delivery that automatically adjusts resolution, format and layout to support specific display devices, ensuring the graphics are optimised for the viewer”. This effectively enables graphic artists to create once and publish multiple times, saving time, reducing errors and improving the quality of production.
