Whisper announced as production partner for first ever ‘Keely Klassic’

The Whisper Group has been named as the production partner for the inaugural ‘Keely Klassic’ – a new athletics meet being held on Saturday 15 February at the Utilita Arena, Birmingham, UK.

The event will feature some of the UK’s world-class track and field talent, as well as an 800m short track world record attempt by Olympic Champion and BBC Sports Personality of the Year, Keely Hodgkinson.

Working with Forte Management, Whisper will be providing full event management, including in-arena visuals, as well as producing broadcast and digital content that will help elevate the event, entertain and engage fans, and give a spectacular backdrop to a day of elite sporting action. There will be a particular emphasis on in-arena fan participation for the younger spectators the ‘Keely Klassic’ expects to attract.

Hodgkinson said: “I’m so excited about the first ever Keely Klassic. It’s a game-changing new event that I believe will help take to athletics to a whole new audience in the UK and around the world. Having Whisper as our production partners has really helped elevate what we are doing. I can’t wait to see everyone in Birmingham on Saturday.”
