Whisper hires Sarah Warnock from Sky Sports to grow sport business

Whisper has announced the appointment of former Sky Sports production executive Sarah Warnock to carry out the same role for the production company.

Following a period of sustained growth for the sports and live events production specialist, Warnock has joined Whisper to help manage its sport-focused new business and expanding cricket portfolio.

Warnock brings with her a wealth of sports production experience. Having also worked at Sunset+Vine and IMG, her 15-plus years career has included working with the Premier League, UEFA and International Cricket Council, as well as with Match of the Day and Football Focus via CTV Outside Broadcast.

As Whisper prepares to deliver a huge summer of sport, including the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, the 2020 Formula One season, SailGP Season 2, W Series Season 2, the Women’s FA Cup Final and the climax of the Women’s Super League, Warnock’s experience will help Whisper to continue to produce entertaining sports productions for broadcasters around the world.

Whisper has over 75 team members working across three offices, based in Kew, Cardiff and Maidenhead. Its current productions include NFL, W Series, SailGP, Formula One, the 2020 Paralympics and International Cricket, with more exciting production announcements coming soon.
