WRG announces strategic alliance with dock10
Global live communications agency WRG and MediaCityUK media services provider dock10 – which will be hosting a technical tour as part of SVG Europe’s SportTech Europe event next month – have formed a partnership which will see WRG grow its ability to provide industry-leading video services and content to its client base.
The partnership will enable WRG’s in-house video team to use dock10’s kit when working on client briefs. WRG will also benefit from the technical infrastructure and a pool of craft talent to complement its in-house team.
For dock10, the new alliance will mean expansion into the corporate and commercial side of post-production.
Andy Horrigan, WRG’s creative services director, said: “dock10 has proven to be the perfect match for us, enabling us to continue to enhance our offering in this rapidly-evolving area. We now have access to technological advancements, previously unavailable within our business sector. It means we can deliver industry-leading video content to our clients while also saving them time and money. This is the start of a significant partnership between dock10 and WRG, that will allow us to offer the facilities and scalability we need to consistently deliver our award-winning creative video solutions beyond our clients’ expectations.”
Paul Austin, head of post-production and content at dock10, added: “I am very excited to announce the partnership with WRG. This is a great opportunity for dock10 to branch out from the broadcast sector and delve into the corporate and commercial markets. Not only are we showcasing our breadth of skills, we are also showing the innovative solutions that dock10 has to offer and how they are able to assist companies from all sectors. We have already had a great six-month trial run, and we are now looking forward to working with WRG on a more permanent basis.”
