Adde Granberg appointed CTO of Sveriges Television

Hanna Stjärne, CEO of Swedish broadcaster SVT, has appointed Adde Granberg as CTO and Daniel Ekelöf as Supporting CTO. Granberg, who was previously Head of Production, joins SVT’s executive board of directors.

“Technology advances at a rapid rate, and SVT needs to gather its forces and focus more on technology in order to become even more relevant for the audience,” said Stjärne. “I am happy to be able to recruit two powerful executives to our technical unit.”

“It is a great honour to lead the technical developement at Sweden’s largest media house and to help SVT meet the audience where they want to take part of our offering,” added Granberg.
