Aviwest and Grabyo partner to improve remote multicamera cloud production

Aviwest’s video contribution solution is now integrated with Grabyo’s cloud video production platform, offering video professionals the flexibility to produce live content from anywhere, even under unpredictable network conditions, and achieve real-time and remote content production.

With Aviwest’s mobile transmitters, encoders and its Safe Stream Transport (SST) link technology in the field, content producers can reliably create live content from anywhere. Its bonded cellular transmitters combine HEVC coding technology and 5G to help users successfully manage live remote productions.

Grabyo’s platform offers rapid video clipping and editing, browser-based live production with frame-accurate stream synchronisation, graphics overlays, a configurable multiviewer, audio mixing and simultaneous multi-platform delivery. It also enables production teams to focus on creativity and deliver broadcast-quality live video. The SaaS platform is designed to help digital teams maximise their resources, without requiring any additional software or extensive training, and offers native integration with all major social platforms, video players and third-party production tools for live graphics authoring and audience participation features.

Through a combination of Grabyo and Aviwest, broadcasters are said to be able to offer viewers more live content while deploying less equipment in the field.
