BBright and Jünger Audio pioneer S-ADM transmission over SMPTE ST 2110-41

BBright’s playout solution is now interoperable with Jünger Audio’s flexAI platform. This collaboration enables the transport of serialised ADM (S-ADM) metadata over the new SMPTE ST 2110-41 standard, marking a significant advancement in next-generation audio workflows.

Through extensive joint testing, BBright’s playout solution has been confirmed as the first to support SMPTE ST 2110-41, successfully transmitting S-ADM metadata over IP-based infrastructures to Jünger Audio’s flexAI hardware device AIXpressor. This achievement enables broadcasters to deliver immersive and object-based audio experiences, setting a new standard for high-quality, scalable and future-proof audio processing in both live and recorded productions.
