Brotherston, ex Red Bee Media, joins TVT as CEO

Independent media services and post production house TVT has appointed Ian Brotherston as CEO, based at the company’s headquarters in West London. He will join the company’s board of directors alongside founder and chairman Bernard Clark.

Brotherston joins TVT from Ericsson where, as head of the Broadcast Services business in the UK, he helped to shape the company’s entry into the media services market. Previously he held a number of senior positions including CEO at social media recommendations creator, Qype, and Commercial Director at Red Bee Media, as well as international roles for BT and AT&T.

TVT offers a complete service from ingest through media management to online distribution. The company is also regarded as a maker of factual TV programmes, making it one of the only media services companies with the in-house experience of actually creating content.
