Clear-Com expands global sales support team in response to growth
Clear-Com has added three additional global sales support staff as the company continues to experience strong growth, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Clear-Com is committed to providing the highest level of support for its customers around the world with an emphasis on providing local support as often as possible, it stated.
Following five years working at several Chinese AV companies including Instec, Clear-Com’s authorised service partner in China, Jason Hao joins Clear-Com as an application engineer based in the company’s Beijing office, which recently relocated to a larger office space to meet the needs of an expanding team.
Dalton Ong joins Clear-Com as APAC technical support associate to assist customers across the region. Ong is based in Singapore and has spent more than five years working in the event support and projects departments at the Esplanade Theatres on the Bay, the National Performing Arts Centre of Singapore, which provided him extensive real world experience with Clear-Com systems.
These two appointments come in response to a significant uplift in the number of system sales and growing customer base across the Asia-Pacific region in all market sectors.
In addition, Jason Fernandes has joined the Clear-Com UK applications engineering team. He brings over 11 years of experience working for Orbital, one of Clear-Com’s major UK resellers in the live and theatre market as a technical engineer and live events co-ordinator. Fernandes will be based out of Clear-Com’s Cambridge, UK office.
