Disguise strengthens global sales team with new appointments across live, broadcast, VP and location-based experiences
Disguise has expanded its global commercial presence with the addition of six new hires across its sales division. The new team members – Ryan Brett, Perry Teague, Richa Venkatarghavan, Stuart Barnes, Luis Feliciano and Brent Rusnak – bring a wealth of experience across live events, broadcast, sports and attractions.
Stuart Barnes has been named sales manager – live events, EMEA. Bringing more than 12 years of experience in the live events industry, he has helped deliver major global projects for brands including Warner Bros, Formula E, Tour de France and the Commonwealth Games.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, sports and entertainment, Perry Teague, sales manager – venues (stadiums & arenas), brings deep expertise in helping venues, teams and partners deliver innovative fan experiences.
“My passion lies in connecting cutting-edge technology with real-world fan experiences,” said Teague. “Disguise is at the forefront of shaping experiences that connect with audiences in powerful ways, and I’m excited to be part of that journey. I’m also looking forward to helping stadiums and arenas evolve into dynamic multi-entertainment destinations that bring sport, live performance and immersive experiences together.”
Ryan Brett joins Disguise as sales director for venues & attractions, bringing over 14 years’ experience shaping technology partnerships across the themed entertainment and attractions industry.
“I’ve spent my career helping parks create unforgettable moments for guests,” said Brett. “At Disguise, I get to be part of the innovation that makes those moments possible. I’m inspired by the chance to work with such a talented team, constantly pushing the limits of what’s possible.”
With over 20 years’ experience at the intersection of creativity, technology and sales, Richa Venkatarghavan, sales manager – Japan (APAC), began her career as a CG artist in the VFX and games industry before moving into sales in Japan, where she has lived and worked for the past 13 years.
“Disguise is an incredibly innovative company — a true market leader that creates some of the world’s most breathtaking and emotionally powerful events,” commented Venkatarghavan. “I’m thrilled to be part of the sales team, helping to bring equally inspiring experiences to Japan by using my bilingual skills to connect the incredible global talent of Disguise users with the Japanese market — and vice versa.”
Luis Feliciano joins Disguise as sales manager for live events & rental. He brings 12 years of extensive experience supporting high-profile film and entertainment content creators with camera rental packages and technical support.
“I’m beyond excited to join the team at Disguise. I have a deep passion for not only producing visual content, but providing production and rental companies with the support they need to bring creative ideas to life,” he said. “My new role at Disguise feels like the perfect crossroads where my creative passions, technical knowledge, and sales skills collide. Driving revenue growth in the live events and rental vertical at Disguise is going to be a blast!”
Based in Tampa, Florida, Brent Rusnak joins Disguise as sales manager for film, television and broadcast. With over seven years of experience in production and entertainment, he has led virtual production initiatives across a wide range of sectors including sports, commercial production, feature film, medical and automotive.
“I chose Disguise because of the passion, innovation and quality that both the people and products represent,” he said. “The impact Disguise has had on our industry is undeniable, and being part of a team that pushes the boundaries of technology and entertainment is something I’m truly proud of.”
