Diversified names Michael Skey as SVP of corporate development

Diversified has made a key addition to its executive leadership team with the naming of Michael Skey as senior vice president, corporate development.

Skey brings over two decades of deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and post-acquisition integration. His leadership roles at organisations including Advantive, BlackLine, Cvent and Ellucian have resulted in transformative growth and long-term strategic success.

At Diversified, Skey will collaborate closely with the executive team and board of directors to identify, pursue and integrate strategic opportunities that enhance the audiovisual and media innovation leader’s market presence and capabilities, fuelling the company’s next phase of growth.
