DMC Production has appointed Kevin Rabbitt, former NEP chief executive, to its board of directors.
DMC said his appointment would strengthen the board as the company looks to scale and execute its long term growth strategy.
“Kevin’s appointment marks an important moment for DMC,” said Paul Heitmann, CEO of DMC Production.
“He brings a deep understanding of the live production landscape, a strong track record of scaling complex businesses, and valuable strategic insight. I am delighted to welcome him to the Board and look forward to working with him as we continue to build on DMC’s momentum.”

Rabbitt previously served as CEO of NEP Group, where he led the company through a period of international expansion and acquisition, and has held senior executive and board roles across a range of growth-oriented businesses.
In addition to joining the Board, Rabbitt will serve as a strategic advisor to Heitmann – he has also become an investor in the company.
“I am honored to join the Board of Directors of DMC Production and to invest in the company at such an exciting stage of its development,” said Rabbitt.
“DMC has built a next generation technology platform and team that makes them the go to provider for cost effective, high quality sports production. I look forward to working with Paul, the Board, and the broader organization to support the company’s continued growth and success.”
Alan Resnikoff, founding Partner at DMC backer Coral Tree Partners and Chairman of DMC’s Board of Directors added: “We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to the DMC Board.
“Kevin is a highly respected industry executive with significant experience leading and growing global organizations, particularly within live production. His perspective will be invaluable as DMC continues to expand its capabilities, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen its position as a leading live sports production partner across Europe and the Americas.”
