As farmerswife celebrates 25 years as a leading provider of project management and scheduling solutions for the media industry, a new leadership team has been appointed to drive growth and innovation forward.

Jodi Clifford has been promoted to chief executive officer, following her tenure as managing director, USA. She steps into the role at a pivotal moment as farmerswife accelerates its focus on team growth, product innovation and expansion.

Michelle Griffin takes on the role of chief operating officer, transitioning from her previous position as chief technology officer. Her extensive experience in technology and operational strategy will drive company operations, support product innovation and strengthen customer support.

Jennifer Way steps into the newly created role of chief revenue officer. After successfully leading the UK division over 13 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, Way will spearhead farmerswife’s go-to-market strategy and business expansion efforts.

Finally, Francisco Carreño will continue and expand on his role as chief financial officer ensuring financial stability, forecasting, and strategic investment as the company scales operations and expands its market reach, aligning financial goals with the company’s overall strategy.
