Focusrite wins company of the year at AIM Awards 2021

Focusrite has won the company of the year award at the AIM Awards 2021, which was recently held on 14 October in Old Billingsgate, London, in front of over 1,400 guests.

Tim Carroll, chief executive at Focusrite, commented: “Winning the company of the year award at this year’s AIM awards is a testament to all the hard work and dedication of our employees, senior leadership team, and board of directors.

“It is especially pleasing to receive this peer group recognition, given the challenges that we have all had to face over long periods during which much of the world was in some form of lockdown and where we all had to adapt to new ways of living and working.

“We are a responsible, fully accountable, dynamic business with strong growth prospects and a global leader in the markets in which we operate. We will continue to strive to enrich lives through music, delivering for our customers, employees, and shareholders.”

AIM is the London Stock Exchange’s market for small and medium-size growth companies and has developed into a successful and established market for dynamic high-growth companies supported by a community of companies, advisors, and investors.

Each year the AIM community gathers to celebrate outstanding achievements on AIM. Sponsored by BDO in association with the London Stock Exchange, the Awards identify the quoted companies and entrepreneurs who have harnessed AIM to help them fulfil their ambition and potential in the last twelve months.

Focusrite was also a shortlisted nominee for the growth business of the year award.
