Heavyweight Professional Fighters League Challenger Series to air exclusively on Fubo Sports Network

The Professional Fighters League (PFL) Challenger Series will continue from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida on 25 March with heavyweight action. It will air live and exclusively on Fubo Sports Network, the live TV network from sports-first live TV streaming platform fuboTV.

The PFL Challenger Series is a platform in which MMA fighters can earn a PFL contract and an opportunity to compete in the PFL Regular Season. Some 500 fighters from around the globe sought glory in the inaugural PFL Challenger Series. Only eight fighters, one per week, will earn PFL season or developmental contracts in the hope of joining a future season.

“The PFL continues to innovate and seek the best talent in the world,” said Ray Sefo, president of fighter operations at PFL.“ I cannot wait for the heavyweight to take to the cage and see if they have what it takes to join the deepest, most talented roster in all of MMA.”

Viewers watching the Challenger Series can also interact with the heavyweight live competitions through fuboTV’s predictive, free-to-play games to earn points and compete for a cash prize. During the bouts, fans can answer predictive questions about the action all on one screen using their remote control.

Heavyweight matchups on 25 March will feature Bevon Lewis against Marcelo Nunes; Giacomo Lemos vs. Brett Martin; Adam Keresh vs. Chad Johnson; and Daiqwon Buckley vs. Jon Cunningham.
