I-MOVIX to release v1.2 software

I-MOVIX will release the latest SprintCam Vvs HD 1.2 software in December 2011, following feedback from its global operator base. Enhancements and tweaks vover all four components of the system – camera, CCU, OCP and Slow-Motion Remote.

The SprintCam Vvs HD 1.2 software release will bring major improvements in the areas of:

Efficiency of operations: availability of two return video inputs (in addition to the live and replay outputs), improved lens control, wider operating temperature range of the camera, improved synchronization procedure for replays,etc.

Image quality: availability of Rec 709, SMPTE-C, NTSC and EBU matrix presets, matching presets with other cameras, flare compensation, etc.

Ease of use: numerous new options on the OCP and the Slow-Motion Remote allowing the user to operate the system in a simpler and convenient way.
