A wireless 4K integrated camera control system that includes a decoder and receiver will be shown by Videosys Broadcast at IBC 2019.
Epsilon is a multi-function broadcast RF system with an optional fibre module that is said to be an ideal solution for HD and 4K live sports and music events.
Suggested benefits include reduced rig time and equipment count.
Also on show will be Stagebox. This product enables the delivery of video, audio and data from A-to-B in any format, over fibre (four bi-directional video signals).
It allows all audio and video components, including microphone, monitors and talkback panel, to be multiplexed onto a single SMPTE fibre cable and powered remotely. This is said to reduce rigging time and costs.
The Camera Control (CC) System is another key highlight for the company.
This is comprised of three units, Indoor Unit (IDU), Outdoor Unit (ODU) and Camera Receiver (RXSM-E), and provides an end-to-end option from RCP to camera for outside broadcasts.
