IBC2024: TSL to showcase intelligence, interoperability and 12G
TSL is set to debut its PAM2-12G audio monitoring unit at IBC2024. Designed for UHD audio monitoring and supporting a wide range of signals, including AES, analogue, UHD, HD-SDI, and IP sources like AES67/Dante and SMPTE 2110, this 2RU unit offers broadcasters the flexibility they need to handle diverse audio and video signals.
Also featuring is the MPA1-MIX-NET-V-R audio monitor, showcased on the Ravenna stand (8.D56). This compact IP audio monitor delivers intuitive control for Ravenna, AES67 and ST 2110-30 streams, underlining TSL’s dedication to providing robust, scalable solutions for modern broadcasting.
The company’s range of modular, vendor-agnostic control applications and interfaces ensures broadcasters have the flexibility to manage a diverse range of equipment, optimising workflows and enhancing operational efficiency with expanded capabilities, including a new Grass Valley router emulator integration. The GTP-V1 Virtual Control Processor offers cloud or hybrid integration with a variety of protocols and equipment. Meanwhile, TSL’s IP Transition tool, X-Connect, will arrive at IBC with an improved interface, making it easier for broadcasters to transition to hybrid or IP workflows.
TSL is also set to introduce its PD14MiD intelligent power distribution units. These next-generation PDUs, compact in a 1RU form factor, are designed to ensure reliability and efficiency in broadcast environments. Equipped with 14 individually fused outputs, dual inputs with automatic changeover, and features such as sequential start and programmable delayed start, these units are essential for any modern flexible and scalable broadcast infrastructure. Additionally, TSL’s latest update to its DCIM software, Insite, further enhances operational security and efficiency with advanced browser capabilities and heightened security.
