IBC2025: Bridge Technologies to present integrated vision for the broadcast chain

Bridge Technologies is set to unveil a redesigned user interface across its distribution-focused probes. In live sports production, every second counts, and so the new interface reorganises and harmonises these features for maximum efficiency, providing a consistent experience across the VB330, VB220 and VB120 series. The result is faster navigation, streamlined workflows and a layout optimised for both deep drill-down and at-a-glance oversight.
Partnership has always been a cornerstone of the Bridge ethos, and IBC2025 will highlight a range of collaborations. Among them: Broadpeak for MYSNC monitoring and Skyline Communications for orchestration and management.
Bridge will also introduce VBC Live, an evolution of its VideoBridge Controller. The VBC aggregates data, alarms and device statuses from across the broadcast chain into a single platform. With Live, this is extended into a fully customisable video mosaic: multiple live feeds displayed simultaneously, overlaid with real-time alarm indicators. For sports operations centres handling dozens of simultaneous matches, this capability provides immediate visual context and allows engineers to resolve issues before audiences notice.
Finally, Bridge will showcase important new capabilities for the VB440. The AV Sync Generator now includes highly accurate synchronisation for ancillary data such as captions, timecode and metadata signalling. Alongside this, HDR colour bars have been added to expand intuitive visualisation options for operators. Together, these tools demonstrate Bridge’s ongoing commitment to solving the unique challenges of IP sports production – ensuring that captions, sponsorship triggers, and replay packages are perfectly aligned with live action
