XD motion and its partners are preparing an exciting showcase of innovations across two locations at IBC2025.

Attendees can experience the latest in broadcast and production technology at the XD motion main stand (12.B41) and at a partner demonstration with Brainstorm (7.C39).

Highlights on the XD motion stand will include the debut of the high-speed Arcam 15 robotic arm, featuring a seventh axis of motion on the X dolly. This combination unlocks more creative freedom, enabling sweeping, cinematic shots on straight or curved tracks.

There will also be live demonstrations of the updated IO.BOT software as the central hub for production control. IO.BOT provides a single, intuitive interface centralising control over an entire robotic fleet (Arcam, X track mini, X tower, X dolly, and multiple PTZs).

Attendees can also explore X tracking, XD motion’s integration with Naostage’s K System to automate camera, lighting and sound via real-time performer tracking.

Also on show is Microlight Live, a new ULM aerial platform mounting the GSS Cineflex 512; a solution for high-quality productions that’s quieter, more affordable and greener than helicopters, and the Agile X fly micro L, designed for fast setups in sensitive environments such as protected heritage sites.

On the Brainstorm stand, the showcase will feature virtual talent ‘teleportation’. XD motion will power a realistic virtual talent demo with its Arcam/IO.BOT system and Brainstorm’s InfinitySet software.
