LIGR Live assembles new MCR team

LIGR Live has created a new master control team consisting of five seasoned broadcast experts.

Clint Rolfe and Colin Tyrrell have both been appointed master control operator (manager). Rolfe brings over 20 years of experience in television broadcast and IT, spanning roles in support, design, editing, ingest, presentation, and master control across ABC, Prime Media Group, and MediaHub Australia. Tyrrell is a broadcast all-rounder with deep experience in master control and media production.

They are joined by master control operators David Reid, Luke Mashman and Noah Meinrath. Reid brings experience leading hundreds of live sports streams annually. He helped shape Football Queensland’s streaming strategy before leading single-camera streaming operations at DoubleTake Sports.

Mashman has worked in video editing and live production on major events like the Olympics, Australian Open, and World Surf League. He brings a high level of production knowledge to LIGR’s broadcast team.

Meinrath, meanwhile, brings expertise in technical support and operations, managing backend systems and resolving live production challenges in high-pressure sports broadcasting environments.
