Max Holland joins Leader Europe’s business development team
Leader Europe has appointed Max Holland as business development manager. His arrival will enable the company to focus more effectively on specific regions of Britain and mainland Europe.
“We are very pleased to welcome Max into the company,” said Leader Europe managing director Koichi Fukagawa. “Working alongside Terry Millard, Djamel Djadi and Kevin Salvidge, he will form part of an experienced and talented team addressing the test, measurement and quality-of-service analysis needs across the entire spectrum of digital film and television content creation, post-production and broadcasting. His background in the broadcast and computer software sectors as well as with one of the UK’s best known resellers is a good match with the applicant credentials we shortlisted for this position.”
“The broadcast media industry’s accelerating transition from SDI to IP makes this a particularly good time to be joining Leader,” said Holland. “I pride myself on going above and beyond the role of an account director to build trusting, lasting relationships with clients. Leader has lived fully up to its name in developing robust, versatile and high-precision test equipment that provides exactly the information needed by camera crews, studio staff, OB colourists, MCR technicians and the rapidly expanding number of remote production teams working in today’s SDI/IP hybrid world.”
Graduating from Ravensbourne University with a BSc in broadcast engineering, Holland joined Vizrt in 2014 as an account manager, growing the company’s customer base across the UK, Scandinavia and the Middle East. He joins Leader from Jigsaw24, an active provider of multi-platform media solutions and IT services.
