MCI Hamburg Open showcase for Virtual Studio Manager system

L-S-B Broadcast Technologies will be at the MCI Hamburg Open in Hamburg on 22 January to present its VSM (Virtual Studio Manager) system using practice-related examples.

On its stand (2.07), one thematic priority will be on video streaming and the interaction with Lawo’s v__Pro 8. Further features will be talkback key assignment, video processing control, and SNMP monitoring of a network switch or pre-sets for live production.

In addition, Humphrey Hoch, product manager at L-S-B, will address the challenges of IP-routing and monitoring for the broadcast industry during a presentation to be held at 2pm on the 22nd. Main topics will be the current status of the shift towards IP; the problems of control, latency, network capacity and seamless switching; and the latest developments from L-S-B.
