MRMC Broadcast to showcase Polymotion Chat and more at events across Europe and MENA  

Mark Roberts Motion Control (MRMC) is set to have a substantial presence at four major international trade shows this month.

For the first time, visitors to Integrated Systems Europe, the Media Production and Technology Show, Sports Innovation and CABSAT will be able to see MRMC Broadcast showcase its range of future-facing robotics, camera automation, subject tracking and software solutions for the live events, studios, sports and broadcast markets.

“We are extremely excited to be exhibiting at in-person events again and can’t wait to see all of our customers and resellers,” said Paddy Taylor, head of broadcast at MRMC. “In particular, we are keen to demonstrate how our software and hardware solutions allow users the freedom to work the way they want with any combination from joysticks, pan bars and gamepad controllers to complete intelligent automation.”

As industry demand for camera angles increases and in-depth analysis becomes more integrated to live production workflows, the need for consistent high-quality camera coverage and reduced on-site technical footprint are key for contemporary sports and live event producers. MRMC Broadcast will show how its technologies enable users to uniquely create sophisticated on-air shots and also how they can be deployed to realise significant cost savings and enhanced socially distanced workflows.

A key focus will be the automated AI Polymotion range including Polymotion Chat which uses computer vision to track talent and keep them in frame, reducing the costs of dedicated camera operators and augmenting remote workflows.

At ISE, MRMC Broadcast will exhibit the breadth of its PTZ camera integration working with Polymotion Chat. At the Media Production and Technology Show, demos will include Polymotion Chat, PTZ heads including Agile Remote Cameras’ ARC360 and AFC and the new QRS rail for applications from studio camera robotics to live events and sports.

Visitors to Sports Innovation have the opportunity to see MRMC’s full sports offering in action, including Polymotion Player, the adaptive automated robotic camera solution designed to streamline control of camera angles and offer player tracking. This will be showcased integrated with the new PTA-2 high payload head and AFC pan-tilt head as well as remote control options, including pan bars and broadcast panels.

CABSAT attendees will see the power of Polymotion Chat’s automated subject tracking combined with extensive PTZ camera options, with the new QRS rail.
