Net Insight restructures business to increase efficiency and agility

Net Insight has restructured its business in a bid to increase focus, efficiency and agility.

The reorganisation means that the HR department will be transferred to chief financial officer Joakim Schedvins, who is responsible for finance, legal and IT.

According to Net Insight, the increased collaboration and co-ordination between HR and finance will benefit the strategic goals of the company’s business plan for 2021, to improve agile work and build the internal culture.

In June 2020, Mårten Blixt was appointed chief commercial officer to create a combined sales and marketing organisation, and his role is now supplemented with responsibility for corporate communication. The corporate development department will not remain as a separate unit and in connection with this Marcus Sandberg, vice president of corporate development & communication, has decided to leave the company.

“Our reorganisation clarifies roles and responsibilities that facilitate work moving forward so that we become more efficient and can focus on our long-term goals,” commented Crister Fritzson, chief executive officer of Net Insight. “I want to take the opportunity to thank Marcus Sandberg for his important efforts at Net Insight and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.”

As a result of the changes, the executive management team will, from 1 April, consist of: Crister Fritzson as chief executive officer; Joakim Schedvins as chief financial officer; Mårten Blixt as chief commercial officer; Per Lindgren as chief technology officer; Ulrik Rohne as chief operating officer; Christer Bohm as vice president of product management; and Ken Graham as vice president of resource optimisation.
