Nevion has announced the launch of a state-of-the-art service centre in Germany, aimed at providing local support for existing and future customers in Germany, and in particular help them with the transition to IP.
The centre is a joint-initiative with Nevion’s German partner, LOGIC Media, and is located at their headquarters just outside Frankfurt.
The new facility will handle Nevion’s complete suite of world-leading media transport and broadcast solutions – increasingly based on IP technology – which are helping broadcasters and service providers prepare for the next generation of media transport over any network, from acquisition to home. In addition, Nevion is extending its product service offering by providing 24/7 support and 8/5 SLAs to the customer.
