Penker is new Sales Director for RTS and Telex EMEA

Josef Penker has been appointed Sales Director CCS (Critical Communication Systems) for the RTS and Telex brands in the EMEA region. The 34-year-old management expert is responsible for sales and earnings of both brands.

His other duties include the further strengthening of the two brands in existing markets and the expansion of the distribution network. As Sales Director, Penker will also be leading the RTS and Telex EMEA sales team. He will report directly to Kamil Swobodzinski, VP Sales EMEA.

Penker has been working for Bosch in Straubing since 2011. Previously, as Service Desk Manager for the EMEA regions, he was responsible for the After Sales department. Before that, for several years, he worked as an Area Sales Manager for a leading retail company. “Thanks to its outstanding products, RTS has an excellent reputation on the global intercom scene,” says Penker. “The same goes for Telex in the aviation headset business. It is my aim to enhance the standing of the two brands in their respective markets and consolidate their already strong positioning.”
