Perform Group sports content agency Omnisport appoints Ian Campbell as MD

Omnisport, Perform Group’s market-leading global sports news and content agency, has announced Ian Campbell as its new managing director. Campbell joined Perform in 2012 and has held a number of senior roles, most recently executive vice-president for content in Europe & the Middle East.

Prior to Perform, he spent his early career working as a journalist on national news agencies, regional newspapers and digital publications, before assuming a succession of senior commercial positions at the UK’s national news agency, The Press Association, including managing director of PA Sport. He brings extensive industry experience and commercial understanding to one of Perform’s flagship offerings.
