Pixotope promotes two to European regional sales posts; hires Ian Puszet

Pixotope has promoted two senior executives and hired Ian Puszet as its chief customer success officer after a decade working at Avid. The company also promoted Karoline Storbråten to regional sales manager for Southern Europe and Joachim Ringstad becomes regional sales manager for the Nordics and Benelux.

Discussing his new post, Puszet said regardless of the business, customers expect a consistent and seamless experience from the brand.

“This will be one of my main goals at Pixotope,” he said. “I’m joining the company with a mission of ensuring that our teams are unified in the common vision to help customers succeed by leveraging the very best of our virtual production technology.”

As for promotions, Karoline Storbråten has been promoted to regional sales manager for Southern Europe. Having joined the company as sales & marketing manager in May 2020, Storbråten’s new role will oversee the daily and long-term sales operations across key European hubs such as France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Storbråten said: “This is a huge step, not just from a personal perspective, but also from a business point of view. I’m looking forward to continuing to deliver a cohesive approach to the company’s development goals and am really excited about this new challenge.”

Another Pixotope veteran, Joachim Ringstad celebrates his fifth year in the company and is now Pixotope’s regional sales manager for the Nordics and Benelux. Ringstad’s journey at The Future Group began in 2016 as the software’s information technology manager. Today, he spearheads the expansion of its customer base and the achievement of sales targets for territories including Sweden, Denmark and the company’s home, Norway.

Ringstad commented: “Having had first-hand experience in the implementation of Pixotope in studios and at events since the beginning has given me valuable insight to take the lead on implementing strategies to accelerate the company’s growth in Northern Europe. I’m thrilled with the opportunity to help push the business forward.”

Marcus B Brodersen, CEO of The Future Group, commented on the recent growth: “Virtual production solutions have certainly seen a huge increase in popularity, particularly due to the onset of the pandemic, and growing demand will continue to disrupt traditional content creation and delivery. Our latest additions and promotions within the team enhance Pixotope’s sales capabilities and customer delivery in the highly competitive virtual production marketplace, and they will help us navigate the next stage in our breakthrough of this increasingly evolving market segment.”
