PlayBox Technology announces customer reward programme

Under a new scheme, PlayBox users will have access to its portfolio of diverse incentives including discounts, flexible payment solutions, loyalty scheme and extended warranty.

The launch of the customer reward programme will introduce four new schemes:

▪ Promotions – generous promotion scheme including 25% on the old product range, 35% discount on purchase of second unit, 1 year free Annual Software Maintenance and Technical Support, free new software with hardware upgrade and 3 months free rental

▪ SmartPay – a 0% interest month payment plan with downpay 50% of the product price and spread the rest of the payment.

▪ Points in a Box – a Loyalty scheme allowing customers of 3 years and more to receive points amounting to percentage of the value on future purchases and use them to offset payments against Annual Software Maintenance and Technical Support, Software as a Service and Turnkey playout solutions.

▪ Extended Hardware Warranty – extended standard 12-month hardware warranty by an additional 12 months.
