Qvest strengthens European business with new management team
Qvest has made two new additions to its management team. Konstantin Knauf and Jawid Mahmoodzada are now responsible for Qvest’s European business, particularly in the area of consulting and systems integration. As managing directors of Qvest GmbH, they will orchestrate all operational project activities in Germany and its European subsidiaries.
Knauf started his career at the Cologne-based technology company more than 15 years ago and has since assumed management and consulting responsibilities for projects in Germany, south-east Asia and Australia, among other markets. Since 2018, he has been working as director consulting at Qvest.
Media and technology expert Mahmoodzada has been responsible for some of the most complex projects at Qvest, specialising in the media and ICT sector as well as cloud solutions in Europe and Asia for more than ten years. Since 2017, he has been principal for the company’s German and international partners and customers.
Christian Boris Hönig completes the management team as chief financial officer and continues to be responsible for the finances of the globally operating Qvest Group in the same function.
Peter Nöthen, CEO of Qvest, said: ” Qvest GmbH has played a significant role in the development of our company group. To this day, it forms the backbone of our activities and is the hub for the fulfilment of projects in Europe and other major international projects. For Jawid and Konstantin, this step marks another chapter in their personal Qvest success story, which makes me particularly happy for them. It is also very positive for us because we can assign experienced managers from our company to these important key positions. Our global partners and customers will benefit from Jawid and Konstantin’s hands-on expertise and years of experience in technology transformation in many ways.”
The management of the parent Qvest corporate group, with its nearly 1,000 employees worldwide, will remain the same. Together with Thomas Müller (CTO), Christian Massmann (CSO) and Christian Boris Hönig (CFO), company founder and CEO Nöthen will continuously and sustainably expand Qvest’s global presence to better serve customer needs. This includes in particular the expansion of the investment portfolio as well as further development of the global companies of the Qvest Group.
