Telestream announces next generation of OTT stream monitoring

Telestream has announced major enhancements to its IQ Solutions for complete over the top (OTT) and IPTV video quality assurance monitoring.

These updates enable improved visibility and diagnostics using enhanced management analytics correlation, alert aggregation, and the ability for operators to use their network diagrams.

The enhancements include: IQ Intelligent Video Management System (IVMS ASM); Linear & ABR Management Single Pane Of Glass, now IVMS ASM, is the recommended solution for all new or upgrade IPTV and OTT monitoring projects; Sentry Integration brings Tektronix Video monitoring probe support into the IQ solutions, enhancing program correlation and reporting for Sentry customers; Surveyor TS Integration addition to IVMS ASM provides program reporting across a complete probe family for monitoring linear IPTV and OTT networks; NPAW YOUBORA analytics connection to IVMS ASM provides insight between IQ monitoring, YOUBORA detected player issues, and customer impact; and Custom Topology View enables operators to upload their own network diagram, increasing staff familiarity of monitoring status across the infrastructure.
