Tracey Fielden appointed country director, ITCG at Canon UK & Ireland

Canon UK & Ireland has named Tracey Fielden country director, Imaging Technologies & Communications Group (ITCG). In her new role, she reports directly into Yusuke Mizoguchi, senior managing director, Canon UK & Ireland, and will join the executive leadership team. 

Fielden will be responsible for driving sales of Canon’s ITCG products, further strengthening the company’s brand position in the local market, enhancing cross business unit collaboration, and continuing to strengthen Canon’s inclusive culture.

She brings over 20 years of Canon experience to her new role, having started with the company as a product manager in 2001. Her most recent role was as ITCG marketing director, where she was responsible for leading a high-achieving marketing team.

As part of her new role, Fielden will help realise the mission of Canon UK and Ireland’s mid-term plan to build a strong, sustainable and viable future.

“Tracey has been with Canon UK & Ireland for over 20 years and, during this time, her career has been spent between both our Document Solutions and Imaging Technologies & Communications Group functions,” said Mizoguchi. “In her previous role of marketing director, Tracey made a significant contribution to the development of the ITCG business in the UK & Ireland. I’m looking forward to her joining the executive leadership team and know she will make a positive impact with her keen interest in coaching and mentoring. This, together with her passion for injecting fun into the business, will support the continued development of our inclusive culture.”

Fielden has taken up the role following the departure of Matthew Searle. Neale Conroy has recently been appointed as her successor as ITCG marketing director.
