Tyrell goes on sports tour to solve end to end production workflow issues
Tyrell is heading out on tour across the UK with a series of events under the campaign ‘Tyrell’s Take on Tour’.
The aim is for broadcasters, OB’s, sports clubs to see how Tyrell and its partners can help with end to end production workflows.
Partners who will be at the events and showing their solutions include: Clear-Com, Intinor, Streamstar, ABonAir, JVC, Blackbird and LiveU.
The events, which are almost like a mini tradeshow with hands-on demos, begin with ‘The Top Players in News and Sports Production’. The drive towards producing 24-hour news and more sporting content is changing the way broadcasters, OB’s and sports clubs are having to think and act, driven in part by the popularity with audiences for niche or less popular sports, new viewing behaviour, and the opportunity for new revenue streams.
Technology is being used to automate live production, ensuring the shortest minimum time between event capture, delivery to the media control room and distribution to viewers.
