Vivaro subsidiary ACE Esports League to produce and transmit American Counter-Strike 2 Classifiers

ACE Esports League, a Grupo Vívaro subsidiary, has been selected by esports company PGL to produce and transmit the Counter-Strike 2 RMR (Regional Major Rankings) Americas 2024, the classifier round of one of the most popular esports around the world: the Copenhagen Counter Strike 2 Major 2024.

From 1-4 March, 16 teams, with a total of 96 elite players from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, the US and Canada, among others, will gather at a venue prepared by Liga ACE Esports in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, to win one of the five available places to compete at the Copenhagen Major 2024, which will take place from 17-31 March. This will be possible thanks to Game Operations and Broadcast’s infrastructure that ACE Esports League will transport to the venue.

The European and Asian regional RMRs will take place in Bucharest, Romania; and Shanghai, China.

This is the second year in a row, ACE Esports League has been granted the Official RMR Americas Producer contract. Last year’s event attracted more than 20 million spectators online and ACE broadcast more than 90 hours of content.

“We’re very proud of having been selected for a second year in a row to host, produce and transmit one of esport’s most popular global events,” said Gustavo Mario De la Garza Flores, Vívaro CEO. “This makes evident the maturity and competitivity of our subsidiary, ACE, that has shown to have the talent, capacity and infrastructure required by this industry dynamic.”
