Vizrt has launched new Viz Artist Professional and Expert certifications via Viz University.
Viz University is the company’s learning platform offering customers, partners and freelancers a library of product and technology courses for training, upskilling and certification.
The revamped Viz Artist training helps designers start their certification journey with the Certified Viz Artist Design Professional curriculum. When ready to take their skills to the next level, they can choose from several expert certifications, covering specialised topics such as Transition Logic Design or the Viz Artist Unreal Engine Integration.
“As dynamic on-screen graphics prove to capture the attention of the younger generation, skilled designers, trained in innovative technology such as Viz Artist, are going to be crucial. Vizrt believes in democratising technology to empower all creators while supporting the needs of our customers through constantly evolving products and services. This was our motivation behind creating, and launching the new certifications for Viz Artist, which has something for everyone to learn,” said Griet Johannsen, global center of excellence lead, training & certification, Vizrt.
Consisting of online courses, exams and assignments, the new concept promises faster learning across specific topics to master complex tasks and workflows. The Viz Artist programmes will also now be in module format to ensure that full-time designers can learn at their own pace and complete each course without unnecessary time pressures and constraints.
