Vizrt joins Amazon Web Services ISV Accelerate Program

Vizrt has joined the AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, a co-sell programme for ISVs that provide software solutions that run on or integrate seamlessly with AWS.

The ISV Accelerate Program enables AWS partners to establish good architectural habits, eliminate risk and respond faster to changes that affect designs, applications and workloads, so they can design their software to run smoothly on AWS cloud platforms.

Having met the stringent criteria required to become accredited, the AWS ISV Accelerate Program guarantees that Vizrt customers’ live production and media asset management (MAM) solutions meet AWS’s strict standards and best practices. It also provides Vizrt with co-selling support, further reinforcing their global partnership and enabling content creators and broadcasters to investigate more cloud live production tools directly with AWS.

Vizrt’s Viz Now is an example of the expanded opportunities of an AWS partnership and accreditation. Through the Viz Now platform and AWS, the deployment of Vizrt and third-party live production tools in the cloud are automated and achieved in minutes. No specialist IT knowledge is needed, making it easier than ever to embrace the cloud for any size content creator.

On its journey to joining the AWS ISVs programme, Vizrt worked with AWS on a multitude of joint customer success stories in cloud live production and media asset management projects, such as the National Hockey League, PGA Tour, ESPN/Disney Media, Sky Sports Germany, media.monks, the European League of Football and TNT Sport.

Additionally, the Vizrt Live Production Solution, including studio automation with Viz Mosart, cloud-based video switching with Viz Vectar Plus (TriCaster Vectar), graphics control and rendering through Viz Trio and Viz Engine, and Viz One media asset management solution, have also passed the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR). Securing the FTR demonstrates Vizrt’s dedication to ensuring the highest degree of quality to reduce risks around security, drive reliability and achieve operational excellence, as defined by the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

“Gaining the ISV Accelerate accreditation alongside the co-selling support with AWS confirms our leadership in the cloud live production and media asset management space. Together with AWS, and through innovations like Viz Now, we’ll continue supporting the ability to harness the benefits that cloud can offer for any size content creator from the single streamer to the world’s biggest media organisations,” said Ulrich Voigt, global head of product management at Vizrt.
