Waves unveils SuperRack SoundGrid V14 with offline editing
New from Waves Audio is SuperRack SoundGrid V14, now available with offline editing, Apple Silicon support and more.
In version 14, Waves has added an offline mode to the existing SuperRack SoundGrid application that allows users to set up sessions offline, anytime, anywhere, from any laptop or desktop, and come to the event prepared. It is available via a separate licence, free of charge, and will load like the regular SuperRack SoundGrid (except it will not pass audio).
Moreover, this latest version is now available with Apple Silicon compatibility, expanded multi-language support, channel colours, performance improvements and bug fixes.
Built and optimised for speed, SuperRack SoundGrid is a plug-in rack for FOH, monitor, broadcast and AV engineers. Users can run up to 64 stereo multichannel racks, through multiple instances of Waves’ plug-ins, with near-zero latency – and with endless customisation options.
SuperRack SoundGrid handles plug-in processing on an external SoundGrid DSP server to significantly increase plug-in count, minimise latency, and enable the host and I/O devices to be far apart from each other, to accommodate complex setups.
