WTS recruits new sales staff and relocates head office
Broadcast systems integrator and equipment supplier WTS has welcomed three new members of staff to its sales team – as the company takes up residence in its new head office in Epping, Essex. Bharat Kerai has joined as Business Development Manager, and will focus on WTS’ live production clients. He has worked in equipment sales and systems integration for the last six years, at TSL Systems and Gearhouse Broadcast.
Kerai said: “WTS’s wealth of experience in this ever-changing sector, combined with the company’s buying power, puts us in the box seat for solution sales. I am looking forward to working with the team at WTS and getting stuck into some exciting projects.”
Phil Spurgeon joins the WTS trade sales team and brings with him several years’ experience in sales roles, having previously worked in the finance sector for 20 years. Denis Moldovan has been recruited as Technical Product Specialist to enhance further the broad range of expert knowledge WTS is able to offer to its clients.
Moldovan joins WTS from Calumet, where he worked for the past 15 months, and has several years’ experience as a videographer. He spent three years working as a camera operator for a local television network in Romania, where he also was involved in production and editing.
Meanwhile, WTS has completed the relocation of its head office from Barking to Epping in Essex. The new office is located just a few minutes from Epping station and from the M25 and M11 motorways. The new premises afford larger warehouse facilities, allowing more products to be kept in stock. The move also provides greater office space for the company’s growing team, and offers suitable space for equipment demonstrations.
