wTVision debuts new graphics and virtual advertising workflow for Premier Padel

wTVIsion has unveiled a new live graphics workflow for Premier Padel. Making its first on-air appearance at the Gijón P2 tournament, held in Gijón, Spain, from 1-8 March, the HTML5-based workflow combines remote production, real-time data integration, AR match presentation, and an expanding virtual advertising layer for the Premier Padel circuit. The event marked the starting point of a broader rollout across the circuit’s P2, P1, Major, and Finals events.

Developed in partnership with Mediapro, the project introduces a new visual framework for live coverage, built to combine editorial clarity, operational flexibility, and a more contemporary on-screen identity. At the core of the deployment is a dynamic graphics package developed in HTML5 and powered through wTVision’s Sports CG, enabling real-time updates, a cleaner on-air presence, and integration with traditional broadcast playout environments.

The setup was also designed to support remote productions, allowing graphics operations to be handled remotely without the need to send an operator to the event venue. This gives the production greater flexibility while maintaining consistency across a demanding international tournament calendar.

The Gijón P2 tournament marked the debut of the new graphic line, alongside augmented reality elements used for match presentation. Together, these components establish the visual and technological foundation of a workflow designed to scale across the full Premier Padel calendar while preserving consistency from tournament to tournament.

The package was built to support the pace of a live tournament broadcast, combining graphics for pre-match presentation, live match coverage, and contextual storytelling across the event. The new visual system includes elements such as player profiles, head-to-head comparisons, tournament draw and ranking graphics, along with live match tools like scorebugs, shot clock, win predictor, and lower thirds.

A key layer of the project is the integration with Crionet, the data provider connected to the production workflow. This allows live match information to flow directly into the graphics environment, supporting faster updates, stronger editorial responsiveness, and greater on-air consistency throughout live transmission.

The project reflects a broader live sports production approach where broadcast graphics, real-time data, augmented reality, remote production, and virtual advertising operate within a unified workflow. For a property with the scale and international reach of Premier Padel, that means a stronger broadcast identity, greater production agility, and new opportunities to enhance both the viewer experience and the commercial value of the live event.
