Alexander Mölders holds the position of Director of Concepts & Performance at Sky Sports in Germany. He is responsible for overseeing the programming and content-planning of the leading sports media company in Germany. He manages several aspects across Sky Sports’ overall sports media portfolio, including Bundesliga, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon, ATP Tour, PGA Tour, and more. He ensures consistent end-to-end product and content concepts, delivers daily sports planning across all sports news outlets, manages performance across almost 20 thousand hours of output per year, and creates impactful promotion campaigns that resonate with millions of sports fans. Major projects under his leadership include the launch of new sports channels (i.e. Sky Sport F1, Sky Sport Premier League, Sky Sport Tennis & Sky Sport Golf), the relaunch of the football content strategy, the launch of a dedicated sports SVOD service and the introduction of a new non-live strategy.
