Originally from an outside broadcast engineering background, James has spent the past 20 years building a wide-ranging industry experience across live content in light entertainment, sports, music and factual in territories around the world.
Having swapped the road for commercial management as Sales Director at 021 and then SIS Live, a move to Sky Sports in 2012 meant switching focus to the planning and long-term operational strategy for the broadcaster, working closely with the wider Comcast group, and partners across the sector.
