What is Remote Production Workshop?
While trucks will always have their place, sports broadcasting is quickly moving away from the need to send large OB units and vast amounts of people and gear around the country, the continent or the world. In its place is IP-based remote and centralised production, which works financially, environmentally and from a people perspective.
But that is not to say it is perfect. With that in mind, SVG Europe’s Remote Production Workshop, sponsored by LiveU, will feature discussion, insight and debate on these developments, examine recent case studies and look closely at the practical considerations for remote production and how we build and improve on the current ways of remote working.
