Originally graduating from the Pedagogical University, Nadezhda became fascinated in the world of broadcast and has spent over 15 years gaining experience in the industry.

From 2005-2008 she worked as head of training and implementation at Medit Profi, successfully implementing many projects at various federal and local TV channels and other media organisations.

For 9 years, starting from 2008, Nadezhda worked at Qualitron in the project management department where she was responsible for television workflow design, sales, training and implementation of different projects all over the world.

Since 2017, she has been working as global sales manager at slomo.tv, and is responsible for the sale and promotion of the company’s products.
