Disguise ramps up support for customers throughout COVID-19 pandemic

Disguise has stated it is committed to doing what it can to support its community of freelancers, partners and customers across the globe during the coronavirus outbreak.

On the most important message from disguise to customers and partners around Europe in light of the coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, Fernando Kufer, CEO at disguise, told SVG Europe: “We understand this is a really hard time for our industry, and disguise is committed to doing what we can to support our community of freelancers, partners and customers across the globe.”

He noted that the company is doing its best to support customers with free workshops.

Kufer said: “At disguise, our global community of users now has completely free and unlimited access to virtual training workshops via the newly launched disguise OnDemand hub, where they can join our team of experts to explore and learn the key benefits of disguise solutions.

“We are also offering a free six-month licence to our renowned ‘designer’ software, used to visualise, design, and sequence projects from any location, from concept all the way through to showtime.”

Kufer concluded: “These initiatives are vital to support our community and key industries, enabling more people to access our software, and learn new ways to maximise efficiencies. We’re looking forward to joining forces and hearing from our users.”
