In a conversation recorded at BT Sport in London, presenter Sarra Elgan talks to SVG Europe editor Heather McLean about SVG Europe Women: its origins, the new advisory board and where the initiative is going next.

“There is always more we can do. The important thing is to make changes and be proactive. It’s not just drinks for the girls.”
