Red shows ‘dedication to revolutionising sports coverage’ by joining SVG Europe as a Gold sponsor

Digital camera manufacturer Red, recently acquired by Nikon, has joined SVG Europe as a Gold sponsor.

The company’s products include the V-Raptor [X] and V-Raptor XL [X] systems, the flagship DSMC3 generation systems and the first available large-format global shutter cinema cameras. Red has recently teamed up with Diversified to deliver a new facility for Monumental Sports equipped with nine V-Raptor S35 cameras.

The Red lineup also includes Komodo-X and Komodo, which feature a global shutter sensor in a small and versatile form factor. Komodo was recently used to capture racing scenes during Ferrari, with the compact camera fixed to the body of the car.
