Ross Video returns as a Platinum sponsor of SVG Europe

Ross Video, which offers solutions and services designed to help organisations create and share compelling content, has renewed its Platinum sponsorship of SVG Europe.

Working with companies including Eurosport, Sky and ESL, Ross specialises in cameras, real-time motion graphics, production switchers, robotic camera systems, augmented reality/virtual studios, video servers, infrastructure and routers, social media management, newsroom systems and live event production services.

The company is also known for its Ultrix Hyperconverged platform, which is said to shrink the production infrastructure footprint with savings in space, cabling and power consumption. Recent additions to this include Ultrix-Modx-IO, a modular I/O card, increasing I/O support, granularity and maximising port utilisation, and Ultrix-IPX-IO, an IP card that enhances ST2110 IP workflows with greater bandwidth capabilities and new efficiencies in distributed architectures.

Along with ES Broadcast, Ross has recently worked with QTV to enhance its sports broadcasting capabilities to better serve its clients, which include the Scottish Professional Football League, the BBC, European Broadcasting Union and World Archery. Ross’ end-to-end solutions – with products including Ultrix routers, Carbonite switchers, and OpenGear infrastructure – have become integral components of QTV’s technical strategy.
